Jeahyun Jo

🎶 Born in Korea and play the flute since the age of 13, I've embarked on a journey that harmonizes my passions and pursuits. 🎵 As a musician, I've been playing with the renowned Red Rock Wind Quintet, UNLV Symphony Orchestra, and UNLV Wind Symphony Orchestra. 💼 Beyond the stage, I'm the Operations Officer at Mamalion Group, where I bring my organizational prowess to the forefront, ensuring seamless operations and success. 📚 My academic journey led me to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where I served as a Graduate Assistant from January 2019 to January 2022. During this time, I honed my skills and earned a Master of Music in Flute Performance (January 2019) and a Doctor of Musical Arts in Flute Performance (January 2023). 🎼 At UNLV's Wind Symphony, I contributed my flute talents, leaving a mark as part of the "Quaternity" project, collaborating with the Grammy-nominated UNLV Wind Orchestra as a Flute, Piccolo, Alto Flute, and Bass Flute player. 🪖 I proudly served as a Sergeant in the South Korea Marine Corps from January 2010 to January 2012, where I learned discipline and dedication that resonates in my music and work. 🏫 I teach Korean language and Korean culture as a Head of the School Affairs Department at Full Gospel Las Vegas Korean School from July 2016 to December 2021. 🏆 Throughout my journey, I've been honored with recognition, including memberships in The Society of Collegiate Leadership and Achievement, Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society, and receiving scholarships such as the Marching Band Scholarship and Strengthening of Ability Scholarship from Mokwon University. 🏡 My ventures extend beyond music and education.
