Donovan Hall

Your Vegas Home Guru - Donovan Hall was part of an Air Force family that moved to a new town every 4-5 years when he was growing up. He was born in Sherman, Texas just outside of Dallas and subsequently moved to Bangkok, Thailand at the age of eight. He has also had the opportunity to live in many other communities such as Duluth, Minnesota, Ferndale, Washington, Great Falls, Montana, Sedona, Arizona, Escondido, California, Anaheim, California, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Carpinteria, California and he now lives in Henderson, Nevada. Donovan chose to relocate to the greater Las Vegas area in 2022 because of the relatively low cost of living, the warm climate and the wonderful entertainment, recreation and dining opportunities that Southern Nevada offers. Donovan is currently unmarried but has two adult children (James age 40 and Christopher age 38) and one grandchild (Spencer age 14). He is an avid golfer and enjoys playing golf 2-3 times per week. Throughout his travels across the US Donovan has been an active real estate investor flipping homes and managing several rental properties for additional income. He is a 1986 graduate of Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington where he earned a BA in Education with a minor in Human Services. Donovan is a former Eagle Scout, and he is also a past president of both his Kiwanis and Rotary service clubs. Donovan recently completed a 44-year non-profit career primarily with Boys & Girls Clubs throughout the United States where he excelled as a youth-service leader and fundraiser. Donovan truly enjoys helping people achieve their goals in life and he looks at every real estate purchase as both a long-term investment and a means to achieve happiness and fulfillment.
