Annette Aerenson and Jeff Metz are a powerhouse luxury real estate team. With successful careers in fundraising and nonprofit management, Annette and Jeff combined their respective talents and quickly rose to be among the top agents at Las Vegas Sotheby’s. Annette is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and a Philadelphia native. Her warmth, caring, enthusiasm and attention to the needs of clients, immediately establishes a close bond which helps guide the clients through what can often be a highly emotional transaction. Jeff is a graduate from Michigan State University where he studied education and Stritch University in Milwaukee where he earned a Masters in Management. Jeff uses his knowledge and experience to understand his clients needs and wishes, and then to identify, evaluate and negotiate properties on their behalf. As a team, Jeff and Annette provide unsurpassed service and expertise to their clients helping them navigate the process and enjoy the experience. When not engaged in the business of real estate, Jeff enjoys pickleball and golf, Annette is an active community volunteer and fitness enthusiast, and together they enjoy the abundant hiking, biking, good food and entertainment that Las Vegas has to offer.
