Greg is an award-winning businessman and speaker. He is a member of Las Vegas Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
During his career of over 30 years, Greg gained valuable experience that directly applies to working today with real estate buyers and sellers.
Previously, Greg owned, operated, and sold two businesses. He then served as an executive recruiter placing senior attorneys at national law firms. Here, he was recognized as one of the top recruiters in the southwestern United States.
Additionally, Greg worked as a business consultant for 15 startup companies.
He then served as Director of Operations for a San Francisco startup company that continues today as the market leader in their space.
In 2005, Greg moved to Las Vegas. Prior to becoming a realtor, he focused on marketing and lead generation.
Greg’s experience provides insights into marketing properties. It helps him analyze the housing market and the economy to more effectively advise real estate clients. Additionally, his negotiation and business experience also help him better serve his real estate clients.
He is an active member, leader, and mentor in Toastmasters here in southern Nevada. Toastmasters International operates chapters worldwide for the purpose of promoting communication, public speaking and leadership.
Greg’s business philosophy is simple and effective: “I am in a service business and tailor each client’s experience to the level of service they expect. The goal isn’t to sell the most homes or be the most known real estate agent, but to have a special relationship with each of the people that have chosen me to advise them.
