In 7th grade, I taped together pieces of graph paper and designed 10K+ SF, single-story dream homes. I also attended my county's foreclosure auctions on the courthouse steps as soon as I got my license at 16. Fourteen years later, I started my own real estate investment company where I helped many homeowners avoid foreclosure and get out of distressed properties. I have managed dozens of remodels on investment properties and thankfully, with "Location, Location, Location" as my business model and mantra, I made it safely out of the real estate bust of 2008. In 2010, I started my career as a professional organizer in the NYC tri-state area, Organized by Ginger, LLC, and in 2015, I replanted my organizing business here in Las Vegas and it's been thriving ever since. Beyond helping sellers declutter and prepare their homes for sale, I have assisted my clients with interviewing listing agents, staging their homes, redecorating when needed and even served them as a project manager during their home's remodel. I felt it was time for the obvious expansion into being a real estate agent.
Problem-solving is my default so I pro-actively handle all potential problems within every step of a real estate transaction.
