Joshua Nickelsen

Born and raised in Las Vegas Josh Nickelsen moved to Los Angeles, California when he was 17 years old where he worked for the same company for 19 years. Throughout this time he traveled all over the world from Europe to Asia and all over the US as part of his job. Because of this he has had a chance to work with many nationalities in almost every continent. In 2019 Josh came back to Las Vegas where he joined The Perna Group representing buyers and sellers. Josh is known for his professionalism, care and making sure there is understanding in each step you take in buying or selling a home.
