Brian Meteyer

Born and Raised in Las Vegas, I have seen the city grow and change as well. I graduated from Bonanza HS in 2005 and attended UNLV with a focus on civil engineering. After working more than 10 years in the casino industry, I shifted my focus towards real estate after realizing that I constantly had a passion for real estate and related areas. I purchased my first home in 2012 at a very good time for buyers and have since become a landlord and REALTOR so that I could create passive wealth and become an independent contractor and business owner. My most obvious trait as a REALTOR is my ability to be transparent. I was never a good liar when I was younger and that hasn't changed today. I tell my clients and investors exactly what I would do personally and what their options are at every step of the journey during a real estate transaction.
