Marlene Reyes

Marlene “Mars” Reyes has been assisting both buyers and sellers in the Greater Las Vegas Valley since 2019. However, her background in real estate extends well beyond her years assisting clients with buying and selling homes. Mars has been engaged in real estate from a very young when she would spend weekends walking construction projects with her father. During those formative years she learned the importance of balancing the idea of lifestyle living for primary residence home buyers as well as learning to understand the vision of individual and institutional investors. In the early stages of her real estate career Mars found herself working with investors looking to buy and flip distressed properties. This opportunity led to partnering with seasoned Las Vegas Sotheby’s agents assisting luxury home buyers and sellers primarily in the luxury resort waterfront master planned community, Lake Las Vegas. Mars is now focused on expanding her reach to international clientele while continuing to forge strong relationships with both existing and new clients in Greater Las Vegas. Mars has developed a reputation for success which has led to ongoing referrals from past clients, friends, and family. She believes in maintaining purposeful relationships which are the direct result of delivering effective communication and responsible guidance while navigating the challenges of both buying and selling real estate. When she’s not working, Mars either unwinds somewhere outdoors or in the kitchen cooking for friends and family. While her career certainly keeps her busy, she can always find time to indulge in her other favorite hobbies such as painting and sometimes “glamping” just to name a few. Mars is fluent in both English and Spanish.
