Barbie Y. Hee Real Estate Hawaii Advisor, RB-18438 Since 2001 Barbie Hee has been working within the Hawaii real estate, currently holding the role of Broker in Charge of Engel & Völkers Honolulu and an owner/partner of On Point Property Management, a full-service property management company. Barbie's extensive experience in the industry makes it possible for her to serve a wide range of clients, from homeowners, to business professionals, and renters. Throughout her career, Barbie has achieved many designations including: Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, Certified International Property Specialist, Counsel of Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute, Accredited Buyers Representative, Professional Internet Specialist, and Seniors Real Estate Specialists. Obtaining various certifications has equipped Barbie to guide her clients in making well-informed decisions. Additionally, Barbie is obtaining the Certified Commercial Investment Manager designation, held by only 20% of Hawaii's Commercial Real Estate Brokers. This certification complements Barbie's experience in commercial leasing and sales and allows Barbie to analyze, valuate, and select properties that would benefit her clients' real estate portfolio. She currently serves as one of the Board of Directors at the Honolulu Board of Realtors. She is also an active member on the City Affairs Committee that advocates on Legislative Bills that pertain to the housing industry. Having served on the Professional Standards and Arbitration Committee as Chair on the Grievance Committee for the past 12 years have allowed her to understand and work well with her fellow Realtors ,as well as, the members of the public.
