Joao Lucas Mojonnier-Horta

Lucas Mojonnier provides commercial real estate investment sales & leasing services at Coldwell Banker Commercial Premier. Lucas earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Real Estate & Urban Economics from the University of Nevada Las Vegas Lee Business School and is an active CCIM designee. In the start of his brokerage career, he served under a real estate developer and broker with over 20 years of experience in the Las Vegas commercial real estate market. Additionally, he is an investment sales and tenant-representation broker helping investors, mom-and-pop, national and international businesses acquire, dispose, and lease commercial real estate. Lucas is originally from Sacramento, CA and has been residing in Las Vegas since 2013 and has a vast knowledge of the current and developing trends of the market. He is Chair of the Programs Committee for the CCIM Southern Nevada Chapter and is an active NAIOP Southern Nevada Chapter member.
