We have seen a town grow up to become one of the fastest growing cities in the country. Nevada draws people because of it's climate, jobs, entertainment, it's newness, the master planned communities with a variety of amenities, senior communities, and so much more. From 1990 until March 2019 we were one of the first 4 RE/MAX franchises in Las Vegas. Our goals were to build a dynamic Team of professional, client oriented, real estate agents. Fast forwarding over time we became the number 1 RE/MAX Team Worldwide with professional productive Realtors. We sold our franchise, so it still lives and services Las Vegas. Our property management company is Love Las Vegas Realty where we manage over 300 homes. We have our own Maintenance Department and Home Warranty Company. We also own O48 Realty with 55 agents who service the valley. Over the years we have built effective partnerships with our clients, agents, Title companies, Mortgage companies, Inspection companies, and suppliers. As Brokers we conduct training for agents throughout the valley. We have a Training Center called Bee Social Savvy where we have 5 CE Core classes every month. We train local agents as Buffini Mentors and teach about how to build a real estate business for life through the Brian Buffini training programs. We have a fully equipped training center for real estate and social media. Our information packed website has over 55 videos of the Las Vegas lifestyle.
