My father was a general contractor who specialized in new homes and remodels, I was automatically thrown into it from a young age. The biggest thing that struck me about seeing people with the sale/purchase of their homes involving my father was the overwhelming emotion involved in it and his ability to always give it everything he had, this was a massive inspiration that carries me today. Being in customer service for 24 years in the restaurant industry, more than anything it made me happy to have guests in my building and making an impact on their day as much as possible while they were in my 4-walls. I gravitated to real estate in large because I have seen first hand so many mis-managed approaches to being an agent as well as the love and desire to be apart in one of if not the biggest emotional decision in someone's life. My heart is in every interaction and I put you and your needs first and will not stop until we meet a conclusion where all parties are satisfied. As mentioned before with my father, in working alongside him the biggest lesson taught was pride, ethics and loyalty to his clients and I will give you every ounce of what I have to make sure this is the best experience possible. I started at 15 years old in the restaurant industry as a dishwasher and fell in love with the atmosphere immediately. I have primarily only worked 2 jobs across 24 years, the last 10 years have been as an operating partner managing 60 employees in 2 states. I am originally from Twin Falls Idaho and spent a short time in Salt Lake City finally setting out for Las Vegas in 2006 with my wife and 3 beautiful children. I love Las Vegas and spent 2 years here as a child while my family moved us down here to be a part of the booming Las Vegas spec home building market
