Claudia Kilbride

I was born in Sacramento, CA, and grew up in Jalisco, where I subsequently attended college in Guadalajara, pursuing a degree in international relations and business. I spent a significant amount of time commuting between Jalisco and San Diego, ultimately relocating to San Diego permanently in the late 1990s, at which point I began working for timeshare companies as a top-performing sales representative. In 2003, I relocated to Las Vegas, marking the beginning of my career in the mortgage industry, a period during which the real estate market was experiencing a significant boom, prior to the 2008 economic downturn. My role as a processor involved handling a substantial volume of transactions, including hard money lending, with a sizable portion of my clientele comprising Latino individuals who required a trustworthy representative. In 2018, I obtained my real estate license and transitioned to representing both sellers and buyers, a profession that I am passionate about, as it enables me to establish meaningful relationships with families and provide assistance with one of the most critical transactions of their lifetime. Initially, I was part of a team, but I have since established my own client base and have been affiliated with LOVE LAS VEGAS REALTY since 2020. Apart from my real estate endeavors, I thoroughly enjoy spending time with my children, with one of our favorite activities being camping and paddleboarding, as we have a deep appreciation for the outdoors. I am also actively engaged in their school events and activities, and we take great pleasure in supporting our local sports teams, including the Raiders, Aces, and the Golden Knights.
