My Real Estate career was born in the Construction industry. I began as a young man working with my father performing whatever task he requested, usually things that involved a shovel or carrying lumber. I quickly realized I wanted to advance my career. After serving four years in the Air Force, my father and I started a construction company in the Pacific Northwest building homes, apartments and doing general construction projects. When my father retired, I moved the company and my family to Alaska, continuing to build homes, apartments and doing commercial projects. After several years, an opportunity arose and I accepted a position as a construction loan officer with a local Alaskan bank. Soon I was ready to move on and obtained my Alaska real estate license. I sold real estate in the Mat-Su Valley for several years and enjoyed helping people find their perfect homes. I relocated to Las Vegas/Henderson in the late 90's and my wife and I reside in our Henderson home built and purchased in 2000. Real estate intrigues me in that it presents different interesting situations with every transaction. My biggest goal as a Licensee is to help my clients find and successfully purchase their home while enjoying an awesome experience.
