I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1999 when I started in Denver, CO, and where I carried a Managing Brokers license. In 2014, my husband and I moved to Las Vegas, and I love living here! Las Vegas always has something fun to do...concerts, great restaurants to enjoy, live poker tournaments and gambling, stellar shows to see, and water sports on Lake Mead, to name just a few. When working with clients, my goal is to positively impact and improve their lives – and that has been the cornerstone of my success. I know that when I provide excellent guidance and service, not only will clients come back, but they will refer me to others. I feel a lot of pride when clients are so happy with my service, that they recommend me to their friends and family! I work with both buyers and sellers, and enjoy the complexities of each side of the transaction. Besides my significant real estate knowledge and negotiation skills, I offer many ways that clients can save money, time and headaches. I would love to put my skills to work for you too! On a personal note: I was born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and graduated from USD with a Bachelor of Science degree. Besides SD, I have lived in Omaha, Tucson, Denver and Las Vegas. My hobbies include playing poker-both live games & video, cooking, reading and spending time with my husband Steve, and our rescue dog Keno.
