Evan Bellman

Evan comes to Simply Vegas with over 23 years of providing a high-level customer experience. Prior to launching a successful Real Estate career, Evan held many Executive positions during his 17 years in the Gaming and Hospitality industry. Starting out part time in a Casino Marketing call center on the Las Vegas Strip and working his way up to National Marketing Manager with in the organization, then into a Casino Host role in order to fine tune his customer service skills, leading him to be rewarded with running his own Casino Marketing Department at only 25 years of age. This role gained him even more valuable experience in a leadership position that allowed him to earn the Executive Director position at the company’s flagship 5 Diamond property and ultimately rising to Regional Vice President with in the organization. Over this journey Evan was able to soak up knowledge from some of the most legendary casino personalities, brightest minds and best leaders the Hospitality Industry has to offer. Even though he was in the peak of his career, at the top of his profession, he still felt unfulfilled and that his ultimate calling was elsewhere. He made the hard decision to walk away and find his true passion. What was it that he was extremely passionate about? What was is it that he enjoyed doing he in his spare time? What was it that wouldn’t feel like a job to him? Where was it that he could take this invaluable career experiences and apply it to help others feel the same excitement that he did? It didn’t take long for Evan to put his finger on what this was. There was one industry, one job, one segment and it was Luxury Real Estate. He realized that he would be able to take the most important aspects of customer service and blend with a business acumen that
