Carley Rae

Meet Carley Rae. This born and raised Las Vegas native combines her love for the industry with her passion for educating in the real estate market. Before getting into the real estate business 6 years ago, she was in the fine dinning service at Caesars Palace. Carley was the only Female Captain in the 50 years of the company and translated her attention for detail and high level of service into her real estate carrier. Before the start up of Realty Rae Group, she lead her team in both representing buyers and sellers on a day-today basis. The success in her early real estate career lead Carley to launch Realty Rae Group in April 2019. She set a goal to turn dreams into keys one home at a time and has continued to reach as many people across the Las Vegas valley as possible by educating them through the process. Using her knowledge, skills, and ability to help buyers and sellers Carley and her team, Realty Rae Group, have received acknowledgment for being a top producing team at their brokerage. Carley is known as an “old soul” for her love for the classics, communicating face to face, and putting a personalized touch on each clients transaction. Carley lives in the NW of Las Vegas with her three children Arey, Raelynn, and Carter, and oversized German Shepard “puppy” Axel.
