Irma Vanessa Barillet

Vanessa Barillet is a real estate agent who speaks Spanish and French fluently as well. She has over 6 years of experience in Puerto Rico and in Nevada for the past years. Vanessa works in an experienced team of professionals at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices specializing in all aspects of real estate. Including residential listing and selling, luxury homes, Hi-Rises, condos, exclusive buyer representation, investment properties, relocation, asset management companies and other financial institutions, successfully marketing and selling bank owned homes and short sales . Vanessa goes into a business relationship for the long term wanting to do a great job, that her clients continue to use her as their agent for life, and refer all their friends and family to her. It is her pleasure to assist Spanish speakers in the area. She is continuously attending trainings to better serve her clients and always be ready for market changes before they happen, anticipating and capitalizing on opportunities for his clients to maximize their wealth. Vanessa is married, has 2 daughters in college. She studied a BA in Psychology and a MA in Administration of Non Profit Business from The University of Akron in Ohio. She spends her spare time playing the piano, the cello enjoys visiting national parks and going to the gym. She is a member of some associations in Las Vegas such as, NAREB (National Association of Real Estate Brokers and Director of Memberships for NAHREP Greater Las Vegas Chapter, and does volunteering work at The Association of Puerto Ricans in Las Vegas.
