Hello, please allow me to introduce myself; my name is Terri Ruppert and I have lived and worked in the Las Vegas Valley since January of 1994. I moved to Las Vegas from Brainerd, MN where I lived for 10 years. My hometown is Grand Forks, ND where I was born and raised. My background is in banking and finance. I have worked in community banks in both North Dakota and Minnesota in administrative and audit capacities. I have spent the majority of my time in Las Vegas working for 2 major residential real estate developers; Del Webb (Sun Cities) as an accounting manager and Toll Brothers (Luxury Homes) as a controller. I decided a few years ago to make a career change and I am currently working as a licensed REALTOR® in association with my brokerage, HomeSmart Encore, and Las Vegas Realtor Association. I believe my background and experience lends me a unique perspective and broad knowledge of the real estate market here in the Valley, as well as the products available for resale and through new home construction.
