Kraig Gutierrez

A local of Las Vegas, Craig has nearly two decades of experience in real estate sales, business, finance and real estate law giving him the tools, knowledge and expertise needed to successfully represent a buyer or the seller. He first began his career traveling on luxury cruise ships working in entertainment onboard and exploring cultures and architecture in the exotic ports of call all over the world. In 1998, while living in Miami Beach Florida, he ventured into investing and consulting in the real estate market as well as rehabbing and flipping his own properties. Craig relocated to Las Vegas to be closer to his parents and found himself as a founding member and integral part of a successful law firm start up specializing in real estate law. His extensive knowledge of real estate law, finance and real estate sales has served him well while navigating his local and international clients through today’s real estate market. As diverse as the properties he represents, Craig’s experience in working with and for people of different cultures and getting to know people on a personal level has helped him to take great pride in his commitment to his clients — not a day goes by that he is not persistently working to make their real estate dreams a reality.
