Rick Dames is part of Team Dames Rick and Jodie Dames have been Las Vegas residents for over two decades. They have owned and managed and flipped numerous rental properties; bought, developed, turned around and sold business'. Jodie has a keen eye for styled and potential. Rick's first career was in Broadcasting, where he managed some of the Nations most profitable Radio Stations including KLUC in Las Vegas; and then gathered investors and bought, operated, built value, and sold smaller market Broadcast Properties all over the Country. While building his portfolio, Rick bought homes all over the Country and either flipped them, or have maintained a portfolio of rental properties.. As an experienced Businessman and Realtor, Rick brings the ability to ascertain value and, if necessary, negotiate. Rick has his Degree in Accounting from Pace University in New York City. Jodie is a graduate of Cal State/Bakersfield and has been elected to the Nevada Broadcasters Hall Of Fame.
