Rosana Zapanta

I practically grew up in sales, working in our family business in the Philippines. My dad was the pioneer for creating business with the US Air Force Base in Clark, his actions becoming something that continues to inspire me today. Alongside the knowledge created there, I came here to Las Vegas in 2009 with that same passion, and that’s what I bring to the table in real estate. With every client I meet, I treat them as family, excited to look for their dream home. I love seeing my client's eyes light up as their offer gets accepted, and from then on I ensure that the transaction process is smooth sailing. Throughout the buying or selling process, I offer the 3 Ts: Transparency, Truth, and Trust. I believe that these values are necessary, and are a primal part of a perfect transaction. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations.
