Jennifer Minucci

Originally from Chicago, Jennifer Minucci received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UNLV in 2010. During her college years, Jenny began working as a property manager which became her break-in position to the Real Estate industry; responsible for 466 multi-family apartments. In years to follow, Jenny went on to manage several communities located throughout Summerlin and the Spanish Trails area.  In 2011, she made the jump to working with distressed properties and auction foreclosures. Working hand in hand with vendors and contractors, Jenny claimed her passion for residential sales and has worked as a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway since 2014. An avid philanthropist, Jenny's natural inclination to help others make her a perfect fit for the Real Estate industry. She graduated from the local Realtors Leadership Series in 2019, and went on to be accepted to the State Leadership Academy in 2020. When she's not helping clients, Jenny also enjoys travel and the fulfillment of giving back to the community. Her favorite charitable contributions to organizations include Lone Woof Rescue, Young Professionals Network, Nevada Preservation Foundation, and the Las Vegas Jam Band Society.
