Company President and Broker, Roy McCann, understands hard times. He experienced firsthand the bloody violence and tragic loss of life in his hometown of Belfast, Ireland, before coming to the US. In 2001, he proudly was sworn in as an American citizen. Eager to serve and give back to his community, Roy established his Real Estate practice in 2002. Grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution, Roy sharpened his negotiation skills in helping Buyers and Sellers successfully close residential home investments in the burgeoning Inland Empire. He has listed and sold homes throughout all of Southern California's major cities. When market prices subsided, Roy perfected the art of successfully navigating the choppy waters of Short Sales and implementing loss mitigation strategies, including foreclosure alternatives and resolving tenancy for displaced homeowners. Next up was the opportunity to open a Las Vegas Office and serve the happy, lovable community in the Silver State.
