Nicholas Strickland

Hello and welcome! I’m Nicholas Strickland—though you’re welcome to call me Nich. Originally from Alabama, I’ve called Las Vegas home since 1991. A licensed Nevada real estate professional since 2012, I became a Realtor in 2013 and earned my property management permit in 2021. I’m proud to hold a few NAR designations: ABR, GREEN, and SRES, as well as certificates in AHWD and C2EX. And memberships with the Real Estate Alliance and a few LVR committees: Education, Community Outreach, Risk Management, Trends, Property Management, Global, and Diversity. Beyond real estate, you’ll often find me going to a yoga class, enjoy a live show, play, and concerts, playing video poker, relaxing at a local brewery, and going to a game to see the Knights, and Aviators. Yes, I also support the Aces, UNLV, Raiders, and soon to be Athletics. From neon to nature, I’m into bicycling and walking our trails and parks. I strive for a relaxed, epicurean lifestyle, and embrace sustainable living, helping the community through volunteering, and continual learning through books and education. Guided by the Realtor Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, I approach every transaction with dedication, education, accountability, and respect.
