Nicholas Strickland

welcome. Hello, I am Nicholas Strickland—please feel free to call me Nich. Living in Las Vegas since 1991, from Alabama, I’ve been a Nevada real estate licensee since 2012, became a Realtor in 2013, and later earned my property management permit in 2021. Proudly holding the ABR, Green, and SRES designations, and happily holding Certifications with AHWD, and C2EX. I’m an active member of the LGBTQ+ Alliance, and with LVR committees- Education, Community Outreach, Risk Management, Trends, Property Management, Global, and Diversity. Beyond real estate, I’m deeply engaged in the community through volunteering and by supporting the Vegas lifestyle and culture via live shows, video poker, local breweries, and a supporter of our professional sports teams. From neon to nature, I love yoga, visiting museums and are galleries, riding my bicycle, and walking our gorgeous trails and parks. I further indulge in a balanced lifestyle through good and bad food, sustainable living, spas, and I pursue growth and learning via books and education. Fueled by the Realtor Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, I tackle transactions with devotion and dedication, and emphasize education, accountability, and respect through genuine guidance.
