FATHER-IN-LAW: Richard Greenwall Telfer- Ex Prisoner of War during WWII, graduated University of Michigan and worked as an educator in the school system of Michigan and was Director of Curriculum for the State Colorado. EDUCATION: Bell High School Graduate, Bell, California. Numerous classes and courses in banking and finance. Held SEC sales and broker’s licenses specializing in investor private partnerships during the 1980’s. 1994 took course and passed Nevada Real Estate Salesperson licensing test. Did not activate license at that time. 2012 took course and passed Nevada Real Estate Salesperson licensing test. Activated license. Completed various real estate related classes to insure up to date skills, ethics, and education is maintained. PROFESIONAL EXPERIENCE: Started my professional career at the age of 17 10+ years as Nevada Licensed Real Estate
