Why I work almost exclusively by referral and, quite frankly, how it is this beneficial to you too.
I started with a top real estate team where I learned from different personalities and leads were given out. I end up becoming a top-producing Buyer’s Agent quickly and then after 7 years of trying, I got pregnant. Motherhood kicked in and because it took us so long for us to meet Koen in 2014, we decided to try again immediately and welcome Tatum in 2015 and our family is complete.
I am truly grateful for both my boys because they taught me to be a better agent. From time blocking to deciding to create my business with a personalized touch. Unlike many real estate agents, my primary source of new business comes from referrals from people who know and trust me.
It is by design. I was pregnant for two years in a row. My babies are 13 months apart. When is the best time to disclose my pregnancy to a brand client after converting from cold calling, door knocking, hammering internet leads on the phone...etc?

I have clients who also helped me fill in the gap that I have with two boys under two and provide concierge services because I focus on quality over quantity.
And then in a matter of two years, my business became 100% referral.
The acquisition of real estate is not a one size fits all process and is notoriously for its unforeseen complication. I am grateful I can make the time
