James Sanchez takes an innovative and energetic approach to businessas as a Real Estate agent with Horizon Realty Group. His backaground spans several industries including Mortgage lending / Management, investor developement and as well as franchise and business opportunites. James started his career (1992) at the age of 22 at WWT specializing in the distribution of after market automotive equipement .While at WWT James received valuable sales training and developed his dedicated work ethics and high standards of professionalism. From WWT, James went on to to work for (1999) HMS capital located in Calabasas CA. Just after 6 months of being in the mortgage industry James was promoted to Assistant manager, handeling and overseeing operations with the sales department as wells as operations. During that time James regonized the valuein helping others succeed. With that value in hand, James was promoted to Sales Manger and assisted up to 72 loan officers. James assisted each loan officer in achieveing their personal and financial goals within the company. In subsequent business endeavors, he duplicated the same formula of helping others succed and he further developed his disclipline, systematic yet creative approach to business. In 2002 James was offered a transfer to Las Vegas NV to run a sub branch with Countrywide home loans. He was able to make great connections with Realtors and other positive infulences in the Real estate market.
