Robert Rassai is as down to earth as he is talented. As a veteran of 13 years in the mortgage and real estate industries, his unequivocal people skills served him well and helped build a very successful mortgage brokerage in only five years. Robert has a magnetic personality that just won’t accept failure. In order to build his mortgage business, Robert had to manage a team of consultants, processors, underwriters and legal professionals along with balancing budgets. Most people do not know what demands are present in that industry, but you must aggressively network, advertise, keep in budget, and win customers from other companies. Robert excelled at all of it. When it came to real estate, whether working for the seller or the buyer, Robert is a fierce and skillful negotiator, a skill he developed through a lifetime of self-employment and motivation. He also maintains good relationships with other professionals involved in a real estate transaction, a practice that leads to cooperation and trouble-free closings. Robert lives and works by the motto: "Don't worry, I'll take care of it." His clients soon learn that whether it's a problem to be solved or a detail to be handled, they can count on him to do just that. On a more personal note, the work day does not end when he leaves the office, as Robert is dedicated to his Wife of 18 years and two children. They keep him occupied with sports, school functions, camping, working out and keeping in shape throughout the year.
