Wasim Faranesh

Before obtaining his real estate license, Wasim Faranesh owned a small, family-run business. However, during the 2008 recession, he was forced to seek an alternative source of income to support his family. His experience as an entrepreneur, and his passion for working with others, led him to the real estate industry in 2011. Wasim Faranesh manages over 700 properties, he is an accomplished listing and buyer’s agent and was recently named top overall producer for 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Wasim is known for his ability to understand his clients’ needs which allows him to deliver beyond their expectations. In 2017 Wasim was recognized by the Young Professionals Network as one of Las Vegas’ top 40 under 40 Real Estate Agents. Wasim was ranked among the top 250 sales agents in Clark County for 2019 and currently ranks in the top 200. Currently, Wasim is serving as the Secretary of the Las Vegas Arab-American Chamber of Commerce and remains active in various charitable organizations, including the Las Vegas Rescue Mission. Although he loves his profession in Real Estate and Property Management. His true passion is being a devoted husband to his wife, Julianna, and a loving father to their two sons, Zain and Jude.
