Kari Thornton

I joined Rentals America as property manager in March of 2022. I received my first Nevada real estate salespersons license in 1997. That same year, I returned to college at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and in 2002 earned my B.S.B.A. Degree with an emphasis on Real Estate and Finance. A few years later, in 2005, I applied for and was granted a Nevada Broker-Salespersons’ license. I have since made real estate my full time career and in May 2022 I will celebrated 25 years in the industry! In 2009 I applied for and was granted a property management permit. I pride myself in staying in tune with our industry and continuing my education, so that I can offer my clients the best in industry knowledge, service and advice. I specialize in both residential and commercial sales, leasing and property management and enjoy the variety that balancing these disciplines brings. I am a native Nevadan with one son. I reside in the Southwest part of our lovely Las Vegas Valley and I am proud to call the silver state my home!
