Bridget Atterbom

Bridget Atterbom is a seasoned commercial real estate professional who began her career in 2006 with Keller Williams Realty. She specializes in commercial real estate development, including the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial, retail, and multifamily properties, as well as tenant and landlord representation and land sales at KW Commercial, a division of Keller Williams Realty Las Vegas. With a foundation as a former owner and operator of multiple national retail franchise locations, Bridget brings a unique, operator-level perspective to every transaction. Her clients benefit from more than four decades of experience in sales and customer service, combined with her designation as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), allowing her to consistently deliver strategic, results-driven outcomes. Bridget has continued to deepen her expertise through advanced commercial real estate training, including coursework in financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, and negotiations. She is also a graduate of Dale Carnegie Training, further strengthening her communication and leadership skills. A respected leader in the industry, Bridget has served as Treasurer for Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) for three consecutive years and as a 2020 Trustee on the Board of REALTORS® Political Action Committee (BORPAC). She is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS® and is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in the profession.
