My primary focus is helping my investor clients acquire SFR for both rental portfolio as well as immediate wholesale and post remodel distribution. I am also heavily involved in the default side of the business, having handled the distribution of both portfolio and individual NPL and REO. My career spans 15 years in the mortgage/ real estate industry with over 3000 SFR sold and $700,000,000 in NPL trades in less than two years time from 2015-2017 making me one of the top producing female real estate agents in the country. Our affiliated relationships go well beyond purchase and sale. Being involved with a highly trained group of construction specialists has allowed me to get a first-class education in construction management and problem solving. My relationships in city government have also allowed my clients to benefit from expedited permits and clearing of liens and fines at a fraction of the listed amount. With a hands on approach, our team provides exceptional support, proven tools and enhanced skills to help our Buyers and Sellers succeed in the Las Vegas market. I differ from a traditional agent in many respects, between 2010- 2014 I was the architect and President of a real estate software platform. That platform was the first to take a defaulting note from first pay default all the way through REO disposition and much more. In 2012, we created a module that allowed us to be the first software to analyze SFR en mass nationwide. This allowed groups such as Progress Residential to have actionable data on over $16,000,000,000 in SFR assets across 17 markets in 3 months. The software business, gave me the unique experience of sitting at the intersection of Ba
