Visiting Las Vegas and living in Las Vegas are two very different experiences. As a Realtor and Las Vegas resident since 2006, I feel privileged to help my clients find their dream homes in this destination city. Whether working with buyers or sellers, I combine my passion for helping people with my effective use of technology, conventional marketing techniques, and extensive knowledge of the Las Vegas real estate market. I moved to Las Vegas from Southern California right before the country, and Las Vegas especially, fell into a deep recession. After building a network through my clients, community friends, and other real estate professionals, I built & maintained a real estate practice while many realtors were getting out of the failing market. Through this experience, I developed trusting relationships with people experiencing stressful times, which further deepened my commitment to our community. Having bought and sold homes here for for almost 19 years, I have created repeat clients as well as many positive relationships with lenders, inspectors, home equity representatives, title and escrow companies, and fellow realtors. This significantly helps to make the transaction smooth and successful for all parties.
