Angela started her career in an appraisal office in 1988. After more than a decade working as a certified residential appraiser, she had built a good reputation and trust with many of her clients and customers. Angela’s clients began relying on her knowledge and coming to her with their real estate needs. It was a natural transition to add the real estate sales license.
Angela’s prior background in valuing properties in gives her an edge in marketing properties in many different markets. Her deeper understanding of the market has also helped her to protect buyers and maximize profit to sellers. Angela believes in constant communication and helping to make sure the client is educated along the way. Helping the client establish realistic market expectations prepares for a smoother transaction. Working with a rock star team it’s always the goal of the Atherley Group to provide exorbitant levels of service. She believes a client is a client for life!
