I acquired my license here in Las Vegas,Nevada last June, 2006. Originally, from Manila, Philippines and speak two languages (English and Tagalog) and speak a little bit of Spanish. I came from Fremont, California, where I first got my real estate license and practiced mortgage loan at the same time since 2002 up to 2010. I got tired driving back and forth California and Nevada, so, I decided to concentrate my business here in Las Vegas selling Real Estate. I started with Century21 Aadvantage Group when I first got my license last 2006, when everything is going downhill in real estate business and it was a big challenged for me. My very first Client was a "Short Sale" listing and I was able to close it which made me proud of myself! Until now, "Short Sale" became my specialty and also working with "Foreign Investors" whose under water. It''''s not easy, but, I can get it done! I care a lot about my clients and helping them with their Real Estate needs is my priority next to my family.
