Nelson Santiago

Nelson Santiago is a former banker with over 20 years experience in commercial banking, residential lending and commercial branch management. He has been a Real Estate Professional in both California and Nevada. He specializes in investor sales and property management. He is currently licensed in Nevada and holds a Property Management Certification. He also holds an inactive Business Broker Certification. He is a graduate of Bethany University Class of 1979 and majored in Psychology and Theology. He was born in Puerto Rico, lived most of his adult life in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has lived and traveled throughout Western Europe. He is both bi-lingual and bi-cultural and has been involved in conservative political causes affecting the Hispanic Community.
