Licensed since 2006 (NV S.0071453), Kit carries a high level of knowledge and expertise in the execution of her professional practices as a REALTOR. Born and raised in the Philippines, Kit has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communications. She is multilingual (Speaks English, Tagalog and Spanish), and has extensive training and experience in Customer Service and Hospitality for 24 years where she received numerous commendation letters and customer service awards. She also enjoys  dancing like ChaCha, Salsa, Rumba, Cumbia, Merengue, Line Dancing, Zumba and Singing Karaoke. Kit is an active member of the San Diego Majestic Lions Club serving the Community and doing medical missions. Kit was a volunteer First Aid and CPR Instructor of both the American and Philippine Red Cross and participated in EXPO '92 in Seville, Spain.
