Then off to UNLV for a year and finished a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from BIOLA University in 1994. Pedro went into Mortgage Finance in 1995 in Las Vegas Valley and still holds this license today. This impressive financial background gives Pedro an advantage in pricing difficult properties and working with developers. Pedro Rachet has been the LVR chair and vice chair of the LVR Block Chain Committee. Licensed to sell Real Estate since April 2006, he has over six hundred million dollars in Real Estate, with north of five million dollars in active listings. Pedro has many prestigious and very private clients and is known for his total discretion. Pedro characterizes himself as an agent with a dedication to service and strong work ethic, which is consistent among all buyer and seller price points.
