I got my Broker license in California and practiced Real Estate and Mortgage Loans from 1989 up to the present. I obtained my Nevada Real Estate license in 2000. Selling Single Family residence is my forte and assisting my homebuyers gather documents to get their loans done and go an extra mile is an additional service I offer to my clients. I also specialized on Short Sales and got certified as SFR ( Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource ). Due to my 30-years plus experience in this business, my expertise and knowledge in negotiation towards the buyer, seller or sometimes the banks, gave me a step ahead from my competition. Integrity and good service is what I offer to all my clients who are either buying or selling and wants the best results. May I also add that I am Certified for doing Short Sale to help people negotiate for a Short Sale of their home instead of the bank forecloses in their house. ( SFR ).
