DeShawna Whitmore

DeShawna loves research, crunching numbers, and the reward of a sweet real estate deal. A student of the game, she flipped her first house when she was twenty-one. Her pursuits turned career and she has not looked back. DeShawna has a real knack in working with first-time buyers and enjoys the challenge of finding and negotiating awesome packages for seasoned investors. A Las Vegas native, DeShawna attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) where she obtained a B.A. in Communications and a Minor in Business Administration. A real go-getter, she was on the Dean’s Honor List, a varsity cheerleader, and held a part-time gig as an acting and etiquette coach. DeShawna developed into a detail-focused entrepreneur and philanthropist. Her drive and vigorous work ethic continues as she dedicates herself to delivering superior customer service and smart real estate solutions that exceed client expectations. Prior to pursuing real estate full-time, DeShawna held the creative roles of Executive Producer for the Nevada Broadcasters Association and Commercial Producer for KLAS TV 8 where she was behind the camera writing, casting, directing, editing, and producing commercials for both TV and radio. Her creative works have earned many awards, including national recognition. DeShawna’s favorite part of living in “The Entertainment Capital of the World” (besides enjoying the best shopping, restaurants, and luxury spas) is being minutes away from great fishing at Lake Mead or a serene hike at Red Rock. This outdoor enthusiast can also be seen cruisin’ Las Vegas on her Johnny Pag Barhog. When DeShawna’s not working smart or playing hard, she volunteers her time at elementary schools.
