Marian Miller-Curcuru

Marian, a California native, moved to Las Vegas in 1995. After graduating with a BA degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing, Marian worked in the marketing and special events field for many prominent companies here in town. After the birth of her second child in 2003, and witnessing a “growing” real estate market, she and her husband decided to diversify their portfolio and began investing in the market. Real Estate investing was never intimidating to Marian, as her family had always been in the Real Estate and mortgage lending fields. Initially, Marian only obtained her license for personal business but was fortunate to receive many referrals requesting her assistance in the market. It wasn’t long before Marian turned a personal journey into a flourishing referral based Real Estate career. As a seasoned agent for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, NV Properties, Marian has consistently been ranked in the top 10 individual agents year after year. As her business continued to grow, she joined The Gilbert Team in 2017 and has successfully utilized the team’s resources to enhance her client’s real estate experiences. Marian enjoys spending time with her husband of 20 years and her two wonderful children. The family enjoys sports, the outdoors and boating. She also has a hidden passion for interior decorating and finds this to be another positive addition to her many other talents in the real estate arena. Philanthropy is also a focus for Marian and she has volunteered 200+ hours of service to local charities in the community. Marian’s real estate business foundation has been built on trust, loyalty, integrity and knowledge.
