I REALLY LOVE REAL ESTATE - If you want to cut down your house hunting time and find something quickly - I KNOW JUST WHERE TO LOOK! Over the years I've personally bought and sold 12 properties, built a home, rehabbed 5 homes and my husband was a general contractor so I've pretty much breathed real estate since I was 5 years old ... my dad was a California Broker and I've followed in his footsteps. I'm from the Southern California area, my first brokerage was with Seven Gables Realty in Tustin, CA. I am a California licensed Broker so I understand the perimeters of those "refugees" coming from the California area. I've also lived in Incline Village, NV for 7 years and my husband and I had our own Mortgage Brokerage, NorthStar Mortgage, there and on the Central Coast area of Pismo Beach for 15 years. I guess I like to live where I vacation ... I first came to Henderson in 1976 purchasing a home in the first tract of Green Valley. Now I've been here in the Vegas Valley since 2005 and became a licensed Realtor in 2006. I've worked as a traditional agent, an asset manager for REDC (Auction.com), HUD, FannieMae, and APRE, and a leasing agent for Invitation Homes - So there isn't an area of this town where I haven't had listings or managed assets.
