I bring my experience as a Highly Qualified Education Teacher to Presidio Real Estate Services. Prior to joining Presidio RES, I’ve taught students in mainstream as well as students with special needs in the Clark County School District. As an educator, I learned how to be patient, detail oriented, proactive and a strong advocate for all my students. As your Realtor, I will advocate for you. Whether you are buying, selling or renting, I will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. If you are selling, I will work with you to get you the fairest price, in the least amount of time, by using state of the art technology, team collaboration and superior marketing materials. If you are buying, I will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position. I understand that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full-time Realtor, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. I will accomplish this through constant communication, and by being accessible whenever you need. I usually return calls or text within the hour. I have been an area resident since 1981 and in 2000 I earned my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education at University Nevada Las Vegas. I have been a Realtor since 2005. I recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in Las Vegas, Boulder City and Henderson. When not assisting clients, I enjoy spending time with my 5 children and 2 granddaughters.
