I was trained as a Journeyman carpenture in the 70's. Owned and/or operated several residental construction companies in the 80"s & 90's. Started selling real estate in 1990. Owned and managed my first RE/MAX real estate Brokerage in 1993. While in the RE/MAX system I earned many awards for excellence and was in the top 5% of RE/MAX agent nation wide for the last 7 years I was a RE/MAX agent. I've owned and managed many rentals over the years. I have trained many new real estate investors and help them build highly profitable real estate portfolio's. I'm a teacher at heart.
