As trusted real estate advisor, Erik Hakans has seen first-hand the extraordinary changes in the real estate market over the last two decades. Erik has achieved enormous success as a realtor, logging multiplel consecutive years with multi-million dollar sales. Realizing the need to expand, the Hakans Group was formed, dedicated to bringing the best in real estate to the Las Vegas area. After graduating from Johnson and Wales University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Erik went to work in sales, garnering experience over a 15 year span that he continues to use today. The tools Erik uses are no secret – it’s a combination of his strong grasp of current trends, and the three essential values he brings to every transaction: communication, negotiation, and accessibility. Erik’s work ethic and knowledge have garnered him several industry awards. Erik has a strong sense of family values, and as a long time resident of Nevada, he and his wife are excited to be raising their twin daughters in the same neighborhood where he works. Erik is active in the community, sponsoring organizations such as the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, March of Dimes, and volunteering his time for other local charities.
