I began my Real Estate career in 1981 in Texas. Managing acquired apartment communities throughout the state. My position evolved into the Regional Renovation Specialist responsible for facilitating the renovation of newly purchased apartment communities and the lease-up program for each. Active in the Houston and Dallas Apartment Association as a volunteer instructor and was awarded “Manager of the Year” for the Houston Apartment Association in 1985.
In 1987, started-up and supervised the construction and lease-up of an upscale apartment community in Foster City, CA. Upon the successful completion of the Foster City project, I was then recruited by Bank of America as a loan officer. Within the first three months I funded over three million dollars in loans and steadily averaged that thereafter. As a very active affiliate on Board of Realtors, was awarded in 1991 “Affiliate of the Year” and received the N.A.R award in 1992 for the best Educational DRE program created.
Moved to Las Vegas in 1994 after the birth of my second son and took some time to raise my children. In 1996, I became a therapeutic foster parent for troubled teen girls. Helping to provide support and counseling along with constant attention in preparing teens for emancipation into successful young adults.
In 2005, I obtained my Nevada Real Estate license. Beginning my where she left off, selling 42 listings in my first year, ranked her among the top listing agents in Las Vegas. I turned my focus back to Property Management and in doing so, have managed over 400 single family homes in addition to over 100,000 sq ft of commercial space.
I actively work with Investors, Buyers and Sellers. If you need a Property Manager please give me a call.
