Randy Hatada

Even after living in Las Vegas for over 20 years, I'm still a small town boy at heart. I was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii prior to relocating to Las Vegas in 2000. I moved to further my education at UNLV receiving a B.S. in Business with an emphasis in marketing. My education, experience and passion enable me to enjoy a successful real estate career for over 15 years. Since 2005, I have been an active REALTOR and later became Broker/Owner at Xpand Realty during this time. I’ve been privileged to Learn and serve on our local and state board for four years and on multiple committees and PAGS. I was also blessed to be a recipient of the 40 Under 40 YPN Awards 2015, 2016, & 2017. I am committed to representing my clients with core values instilled in me by my parents as well as those perpetuated by the Hawaiian culture..
