Ann Cribari

Ann hails from the San Francisco Bay Area and graduated from the University of California at Davis in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations. At graduation, Ann spent over a year in Japan, teaching English as a second language and then extensively traveling throughout South East Asia. Upon returning to her native California, Ann worked at Apple Computer for ten years, a career that brought her to Austin, Texas. She left Apple to join a software start up, and then co-owned a boutique recruiting firm specializing in the emerging Austin high tech market. Ann sold new homes in Austin before moving to Las Vegas in 2002. Licensed in Nevada since 2005, she has been working full time as a residential real estate Agent serving the buyers and sellers of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson communities. Ann thoroughly enjoys meeting and working with clients to find them just the right home, to sell their home or buy and sell real estate investments. Ann works with her investor clients to find them strong tenants. Being a landlord herself, she understands this process and its importance quite well. The Realtor client relationship does not end with the close of escrow! Once you are Ann’s client, she is there for any of your real estate questions or needs. Ann is proud to say she’s been working with many clients of the same clients for over (15) years!
